2. Intake of fibrous food will assists in experiencing the feeling of stomach being full for a longer period of time, as the speed of food digestion reduces. Increase the intake of whole grain, since it is quickly digestable and gives the body energy too. Before buying anything go through the ingredient list. Some foods specify whole grain on the outer package, but detail ingredient list will have enriched flour that is wheat flour instead of whole wheat.

3. Avoid deep fried foods. Take grilled fish and chicken as your primary meals with accessories such as green salad or vegetables. Vegetables and green salad adds roughage to your diet.

4. You should develop habit of taking your meals in five to six time small intervals in a day. Frequently consuming the meals keeps your metabolism high thereby resulting in burning more calories by your body. Another advantage of consuming meals in small intervals getting more energy constantly and having few hunger pangs.

5. Ensure to drink plenty of water at least eight glasses of water in a day. Consuming water will manage your hunger. Have water before you meal intake. This will assists you to feel full and reduce your hunger. Remember, water is one of the great weight reduction agents.

6. Begin an exercise routine, you can begin with walking fifteen to twenty minutes every day and keep increasing half an hour per day. Do some fundamental workout by using body weight or light weight dumbbells. Building muscle to your body will help in burning the extra calories every day resulting in weight reduction. This will also help you to have leaned muscle which helps in reduction of calories and fat.
