The home tips experienced successful for reducing my weight are:-
1.Managing nutritional diet as per sex, age, body requirement with
suitable selection of menu in my kitchen at weekly roster.
2. I wake early in the morning, manage some warming up exercises, do meditation and manage practical yoga exercises/SURYA NAMSKAR.
3. Sometimes I manage for BP Exercises suggested in SCOUTING & GUIDING MOVEMENT also
4.Sometimes I manage for Kathak dance for routine weekly way.
5. I have strict discipline for going to bed.1)Reduce your weekly sugar consumption -actually consume very little sugar.
6) Avoid oily food
7) Stop eating junk food or ordering food from take-away etc
8) Start exercising. Jogging, running, swimming and cycling are excellent ways to be fit, but if you find them boring, you can start a team sport such as volleyball, basketball etc
9) Drink a lot of water. It makes you feel full and forget about having extra meals and snacks
10) Have healthy snacks among your main meals if you are still hungry
11) Consume reasonable quantities of food per meal. It is supposed that you keep your weight normal when you stop eating when you are still a little hungry,
12) If you fight boredom with food, take up new activities in order to have less time to sit in front of the TV and eat
